Describe my project

Website creationWebsite creation

A website that explains what you do and makes people want to write.

Whether you need to present your business or offer a service your customers use online, we start from what they came for — then build around it.

Where you areWhere you are

You may recognise one of these situations.

  • You send customers to a Facebook page, for want of anything better.
  • Your site is eight years old and you avoid showing it.
  • People keep asking you things that are already written on the site.
  • You get calls, but never written enquiries.
  • You have an agency quote and half the lines make no sense to you.
  • You are not sure whether you need a website or something else.

In every one of these cases, the problem is not the number of pages. It is that a visitor cannot find, in thirty seconds, what they came for.

What changesWhat changes

What actually happens once the site is live.

You send a link, not an explanation

A prospect asks what you do: one address is enough, and they have the answer before you call back.

The repetitive questions drop

Indicative prices, area covered, lead times, guarantees: what you are asked ten times a week is written once.

People write instead of hesitating

A short form, placed where the person is convinced, turns a visitor into an enquiry you can handle calmly.

You see what interests people

Which pages get read, where people stop: enough to decide what to improve next, rather than guessing.

Phones read as well as screens

Most of your visitors find you on a mobile. The site is built for that format first.

You are not tied to your provider

You own your address, your content and your access. You can go elsewhere without losing everything.

What we can buildWhat we can build

Two different needs, and how to tell which is yours.

Most projects fall into one of these two families. If you are unsure, tell us what your customers should be able to do — the answer follows.

Present your business

Showcase site
Your services, your work, the area you cover and a simple way to reach you.
Landing page
A single page for one offer, one campaign or one launch.
Portfolio
Your work shown properly, sorted, with the context of each project.
Local site
So people searching for your trade in your area actually find you.

Offer a service online

Customer area
Everyone logs in and finds their documents, their progress or their orders.
Booking
Your customers pick a slot without going through you.
Long forms
A complex request is filled in over several steps, without discouraging anyone.
Connection to your tools
The site talks to what you already use, rather than forcing a duplicate.

What comes with it

Writing support
You supply the substance, we shape it. Writing is not your trade.
Going live
Address, hosting, certificate: we handle it, and it all stays in your name.
Handover session
A session showing you where to change what can be changed.
Follow-up after launch
The adjustments that appear once real people start using the site.

How we workHow we work

We start from what your visitors came for.

Before talking about pages or colours, we establish what a person should be able to do on arrival. Everything else follows — and a lot of pointless debate disappears.

A visitor's path, from landing on the site to getting in touch

Before / afterBefore / after

From a page you put up with to a site you show.

The change is not only visual. It is the moment you stop apologising when you give out your address.

A dated website and its new version, side by side

What you receiveWhat you receive

What is handed over, and who owns it.

Everything is in your name. The exact list is in the quote before we start.

The live website

The editing area
The editing area
The handover
The handover
  • The site published at your address, ready to share
  • Your hosting and domain credentials, in your name
  • The screens approved before building, on phone and on computer
  • Your text and images in place, reworked where needed
  • A contact form that lands in your inbox
  • Legal notices and privacy policy
  • A recorded handover session you can watch again
  • Visitor statistics, if you want them

The exact list depends on what is agreed before we start: it is written into the proposal, not decided along the way. An editing area, a shop or user accounts are all possible, and are quoted separately.

How it goesHow it goes

Five steps, and what we need from you at each one.

  1. 01UnderstandA conversation about your business, your customers and what you expect from the site. You talk, we take notes.
  2. 02ScopeYou get the list of pages, what each one holds and what falls outside. You approve it before a line is written.
  3. 03DrawYou see the screens before they exist, and you can still change anything. This is the moment when changes cost nothing.
  4. 04BuildWe assemble the site. You supply the text and images; we chase you if something is missing.
  5. 05Go liveWe check everything across devices, publish, and stay available for the first days' adjustments.

Thanks to Mitch, not only is he a true pro in his field, but he also understands what we want to achieve and why things aren't working... the functionality of my site is fantastic! It's nothing like my old site... I recommend Mitch without hesitation. A huge thank you!

  • bernard duboisAugust 2026

What can I say? An exceptional experience! I didn't think it was possible to create such a simple, clear, and user-friendly website, especially for the administrators. And above all, a huge thank you to the programmer who was able to adapt to my needs and accommodate all my requests for modifications. Truly bespoke. Incredible. Quite frankly, I've worked with developers on more than five application projects, and they all sold ready-made solutions that they then customized. Here, I feel like my every need was truly listened to, and I got THE website I need. A big thank you. My next projects will definitely be with Shavod!

  • Thaïs CammasAugust 2025

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shavod on my art website. I create paintings and wanted to display them in an online gallery (thais.com). I knew he did good work, but I was truly amazed by the result. He did a fantastic job with the colors. The project was completed in less than a month. Shavod is always easy to communicate with. He listens very carefully to the client, which gave me a great sense of freedom. He's very open-minded, and the possibilities are almost limitless. I highly recommend him.

Budget and timingBudget and timing

What pushes a quote up or down.

The number of pages matters less than people think. What really weighs: do you need user accounts, a connection to your tools, a shop? Do your texts and photos already exist, or must they be produced? Do you need to edit the site yourself? How many people have to approve? Answer those five questions and the figure becomes precise, instead of a range that commits nobody.

Our commitmentsOur commitments

What you can count on.

  • The scope is written before we start, and what is not in it is stated too
  • You see the screens before we build anything
  • No extra line appears on the invoice without your written agreement
  • Your access, your address and your content are yours from day one
  • We tell you when a request falls outside the scope, and what it costs
  • You talk to the person building your site, not to a go-between

Frequently askedFrequently asked

What people ask before getting started.

  • Ask yourself one question: do your customers need to do something on the site, or only find things out? Finding out is a showcase site. Logging in, booking, tracking a case, is an online space — longer to build, and more useful. If you are unsure, describe a typical day for your customers: the answer appears on its own.

  • Yes. We look at them first: do they hold on a phone, can everyone read them, can they be built as they are? We tell you what works, what is missing, and what that means for the budget. Sometimes we recommend redoing part of it; we explain why, and you decide.

  • You know your trade, we know how to present it. In practice: you give us the substance — what you already tell your customers — and we structure it. For photos we can work with yours, find royalty-free ones, or point you to a photographer. A site with no content waits, however good the provider.

  • It depends what is planned. We can make the parts that change often editable — news, prices, opening hours — without opening up the whole structure, which limits nasty surprises. This is decided upfront: it changes how the site is built, and therefore the quote.

  • We handle it, and it is all registered in your name. Many people discover this too late: if the address belongs to the provider, changing your mind gets complicated. With us, you have the credentials from the day it goes live.

  • Mostly it depends on you. A showcase site with content ready moves fast; the same project waiting on text can take months. We give you a schedule with the quote, marking the dates where we need something from you — those are the ones that set the pace.

  • The first days always turn up adjustments: a wording, a link, a form landing in spam. Those are dealt with. Beyond that, routine upkeep — updates, backups, monitoring — is a separate service you take or leave.

  • Nobody can promise you that, and be wary of anyone who does. What we can do: build a site Google reads properly, that loads fast, with pages that answer real questions. That is the necessary condition. Search visibility itself is separate work, over time.

Tell us what your customers should be able to do.

A first thirty-minute conversation, no commitment. We tell you whether your need matches what we do — and if not, where to look.
