Where you areWhere you are

Selling online, without knowing where to start.

  • You already sell in a shop and cannot see how to move that online.
  • You opened a shop on a marketplace and the commissions are choking you.
  • Your current site shows your products, but nobody can buy them.
  • You spend your evenings copying orders received by message.
  • You do not know what costs get added once the shop is live.
  • You are afraid you will not know how to run it once it is delivered.

An online shop does not create a customer base. It serves the one you already have, better and for longer — and makes it possible to reach another.

What changesWhat changes

What happens once the shop is open.

People order without disturbing you

A customer convinced at eleven at night can buy. They do not wait for tomorrow, and do not change their mind in between.

You stop copying things out

Orders arrive structured, with the address and the payment already settled. You prepare them, that is all.

Your stock stays current

What sells is deducted. No more customers ordering something you no longer have.

You keep your margin

The shop is yours: no commission per sale beyond the payment fees.

You know what sells

Which products get viewed, which get abandoned at the basket: enough to adjust your range.

Customers reassure themselves

Shipping, lead times, returns, contact: written once, it saves the pre-purchase messages.

What we can buildWhat we can build

What a shop includes, and what depends on your business.

Selling thirty handmade items and selling three thousand references do not call for the same thing. We start from your actual catalogue.

The buying journey

Product pages
Photos, description, size or colour variants, availability.
Basket and checkout
A short path: the more steps there are, the more people drop out along the way.
Payment
Card, and depending on your choice Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
Shipping costs
Calculated by weight, by destination or as a flat rate, as you decide.

Your side

Order tracking
What is paid, to prepare, shipped: at a glance.
Stock management
Quantities are deducted, and you are warned when few are left.
Your products, by you
Add, change or remove an item without calling us.
Automatic messages
Order and dispatch confirmations, sent without you thinking about it.

Depending on your business

Discount codes
For a campaign, a loyal customer or a first order.
Customer accounts
Your buyers find their past orders and their addresses again.
Migrating an existing shop
Products, customers and orders transferred from your current platform.
Connection to your till
If you also sell in a physical shop, the stock levels can talk to each other.

How we workHow we work

We start from what makes people abandon a basket.

Shipping costs discovered at the last moment, a compulsory account, a photo that does not show the product: three common reasons to leave. We deal with those before talking about design.

The buying journey, from product to order confirmation

Before / afterBefore / after

From orders by message to orders that arrive on their own.

The change is mostly measured in evenings reclaimed: no more copying out, no more chasing for an address, no more running after payments.

Handwritten orders replaced by an order dashboard

What you receiveWhat you receive

What is handed over, and who owns it.

The shop and its accounts are in your name. The exact list is in the quote.

The handover
The handover
  • The shop published at your address, ready to take orders
  • The area where you manage products, orders and stock
  • Your first products in place, to show you how to do the next ones
  • Online payment set up, on your own merchant account
  • The confirmation messages sent to your customers, in your name
  • Terms of sale and the returns policy
  • A recorded handover session you can watch again
  • A written list of the costs that continue after delivery

Migrating an existing catalogue, connecting to a till or running a loyalty scheme are not automatic: they are decided upfront and quoted separately.

How it goesHow it goes

Five steps, and what we need from you at each one.

  1. 01UnderstandWhat you sell, to whom, with what variants, and how you ship today.
  2. 02ScopePayment methods, shipping costs, delivery zones, returns policy. You approve them: they are your rules, not ours.
  3. 03DrawYou see the product page, the basket and the checkout before they exist.
  4. 04BuildWe assemble the shop and add your first products. You supply photos and descriptions.
  5. 05OpenWe place real test orders, from payment to confirmation, before opening to the public.

Thanks to Mitch, not only is he a true pro in his field, but he also understands what we want to achieve and why things aren't working... the functionality of my site is fantastic! It's nothing like my old site... I recommend Mitch without hesitation. A huge thank you!

  • bernard duboisAugust 2026

What can I say? An exceptional experience! I didn't think it was possible to create such a simple, clear, and user-friendly website, especially for the administrators. And above all, a huge thank you to the programmer who was able to adapt to my needs and accommodate all my requests for modifications. Truly bespoke. Incredible. Quite frankly, I've worked with developers on more than five application projects, and they all sold ready-made solutions that they then customized. Here, I feel like my every need was truly listened to, and I got THE website I need. A big thank you. My next projects will definitely be with Shavod!

  • Thaïs CammasAugust 2025

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shavod on my art website. I create paintings and wanted to display them in an online gallery (thais.com). I knew he did good work, but I was truly amazed by the result. He did a fantastic job with the colors. The project was completed in less than a month. Shavod is always easy to communicate with. He listens very carefully to the client, which gave me a great sense of freedom. He's very open-minded, and the possibilities are almost limitless. I highly recommend him.

Budget and timingBudget and timing

What pushes a quote up or down.

The number of products weighs less than their complexity: thirty references with five variants each take more work than three hundred simple ones. Migrating an existing catalogue, connecting to a till and calculating shipping all count too. And the running costs: your payment provider takes a commission on every sale, hosting is monthly. Those amounts are written into the proposal before you commit.

Our commitmentsOur commitments

What you can count on.

  • The payment account is opened in your name: the money goes straight to you
  • You can add and change your products without calling us
  • The costs that continue after delivery are written down before we start
  • We place real test orders before opening to the public
  • No sales figures are promised: your range and your traffic decide those
  • You remain the owner of your shop, your data and your customers

Frequently askedFrequently asked

What people ask before getting started.

  • Yes, that is planned from the start: a shop whose owner can change nothing makes no sense. You add, edit and remove items from an area built for it. We add the first ones with you during the handover, so you can see how to do the rest.

  • Card in every case, and depending on your choice Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Payment goes through an approved provider, on an account opened in your name: the money arrives directly with you, we never touch it. Every provider takes a commission per sale; we compare the offers with you.

  • Three of them. Your payment provider's commission, taken on every sale. Hosting for the shop, monthly. And shipping costs, if you do not pass them on in full. Those amounts depend on your volume and your choices: we work them out with you before we start.

  • You choose your carriers and your rules; the shop applies them. For costs, three common approaches: a flat rate, a calculation by weight, or free over a certain amount. For returns, French law gives your buyers a cooling-off period that the shop states clearly — which is also what reassures people at the point of buying.

  • Yes, and it is common when a marketplace's commissions become too heavy. We transfer products, customers and order history. Two things to check first: what your current platform lets you export, and what happens to any running subscriptions. We look at that together before you commit.

  • You supply the photos and what you know about your products; we structure it. A good product page answers the questions people ask you in the shop: dimensions, material, care, lead time. If you have no usable photos, sort that out first: a poor photo does more harm than a rough description.

  • Nobody can promise you that, and a shop does not create a customer base. What it does: let people who already know you buy without disturbing you, and let people discovering you do so without hesitating. The rest depends on your range, your prices and your visibility — three things we can work on separately.

  • Mostly it depends on your catalogue. A shop with photos and descriptions ready moves fast; the same one waiting on content can take months. We give you a schedule with the quote, marking the dates where we need something from you.

Tell us what you sell, and to whom.

A first thirty-minute conversation, no commitment. We look together at whether a shop is the right answer, and what it would really cost to run.
