Describe my project

Website redesign

Move your website forward without losing what already works.

We start by finding what works on your site, keep it, and rebuild around it. Your old addresses keep leading somewhere.

An old website and its new version, side by side

Where you are

Your site no longer looks like you, and you dare not touch it.

  • It predates your change of business, and still says so.
  • It is unreadable on a phone, which is where your visitors come from.
  • You cannot change anything since your provider disappeared.
  • It takes eight seconds to load and you watch people leave.
  • You are afraid of breaking everything, your search visibility above all.
  • Someone offered you a redesign without ever looking at what exists.

Rebuilding a site is not starting from nothing. Some pages already bring you customers: those get kept. The work is knowing which, before touching the rest.

What changes

What a well-run redesign brings.

You show it again

The moment you stop saying "don't look at the site, it's old".

Your visitors stay

A fast site that reads on a phone keeps people long enough to understand your offer.

Your old addresses live on

Links shared for years keep leading to the right place.

You take back control

Your access, your address, your content: back in your name, and editable.

What worked is preserved

The pages bringing you visits are identified beforehand, not discovered afterwards.

You know what changed

A before and after reading, so you can measure rather than assume.

What we do

The real work of a redesign, step by step.

The visible part — the new design — is the shortest. The substance happens before and after the switch.

Before touching anything

What brings you visits
Which pages get found, on which searches, and from which sites.
What holds you back
Speed, readability on a phone, missing pages: the list, measured.
The page inventory
What we keep, merge or drop — decided with you.
The starting reading
Your positions and traffic before, so there is something to compare with.

Rebuilding

New structure
A plan that follows what your visitors look for, not your org chart.
Content carried over
Text, images and documents transferred, reworked where they deserve it.
New presentation
A site that looks like you today, and reads on a phone.
Address mapping
Every old page leads to the new one replacing it.

The switch and after

Testing before opening
The new site runs on a private address you walk through before anyone else.
Prepared switch
The change happens at a chosen moment, with the old site ready to come back.
Watching the first weeks
We see what Google does with your pages, and fix what catches.
Measured comparison
What improved, what dropped, and what still needs dealing with.

How we work

We start from what must not be broken.

Before drawing anything, we establish the list of your pages that bring visits and links. That list drives everything else — and it is the one most often skipped.

Inventory of a website's pages before a redesign

Before / after

From a site you put up with to a site you stand behind.

The change is measured in visits kept as much as in appearance: a good redesign is not only seen, it is counted.

A dated site and its new version, with their measurements

What you receive

What is handed over, and who owns it.

Everything is in your name. The exact list is in the quote before we start.

The handover
The handover
  • The new site live at your usual address
  • Your hosting and domain credentials, put back in your name
  • A written inventory of your old pages, with what was kept and why
  • The mapping between every old address and its replacement
  • Your content transferred, documents and images included
  • A reading of your situation before the switch, so you can compare
  • A recorded handover session you can watch again
  • Follow-up through the first weeks after going live

Completely rewriting your content, migrating a shop and adding features the old site did not have are quoted separately: those are new work, not a redesign.

How it goes

Five steps, and what we need from you at each one.

  1. 01ExamineWe record what works, what holds you back and what you want to keep. You give us access to your tools if they exist.
  2. 02SortWe present the page inventory: keep, merge, drop. You decide, page by page.
  3. 03DrawYou see the new structure and the screens before they exist.
  4. 04BuildWe rebuild and transfer the content. You walk the site on a private address before anyone else.
  5. 05Switch and followWe go live at a chosen moment, then watch the weeks that follow.

A redesign

A redesign is judged on what it kept as much as on what it changed.

Look at what we delivered: the sites are live, and their owners show them.

Thanks to Mitch, not only is he a true pro in his field, but he also understands what we want to achieve and why things aren't working... the functionality of my site is fantastic! It's nothing like my old site... I recommend Mitch without hesitation. A huge thank you!

  • bernard duboisAugust 2026

What can I say? An exceptional experience! I didn't think it was possible to create such a simple, clear, and user-friendly website, especially for the administrators. And above all, a huge thank you to the programmer who was able to adapt to my needs and accommodate all my requests for modifications. Truly bespoke. Incredible. Quite frankly, I've worked with developers on more than five application projects, and they all sold ready-made solutions that they then customized. Here, I feel like my every need was truly listened to, and I got THE website I need. A big thank you. My next projects will definitely be with Shavod!

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shavod on my art website. I create paintings and wanted to display them in an online gallery (thais.com). I knew he did good work, but I was truly amazed by the result. He did a fantastic job with the colors. The project was completed in less than a month. Shavod is always easy to communicate with. He listens very carefully to the client, which gave me a great sense of freedom. He's very open-minded, and the possibilities are almost limitless. I highly recommend him.

Budget and timing

What pushes a quote up or down.

What weighs: the number of pages to carry over, the state of the existing content — a site whose text is usable costs far less than one to rewrite — whether there is a shop or customer area to migrate, and how the old site is built. A site on a common platform is easier to take over than a bespoke one nobody has documentation for. The assessment answers those questions before the quote.

Our commitments

What you can count on.

  • Your old site stays live until the switch: no downtime
  • Every old address leads to the new page replacing it
  • The page inventory is decided with you, not on our own
  • A reading is taken before the switch, so the comparison can be honest
  • No stability of search rankings is promised: a redesign always moves positions
  • Your access and your address come back to you, even if you go elsewhere afterwards

Frequently asked

What people ask before getting started.

  • Often not. A slow site can be fixed, a site unreadable on a phone can sometimes be rescued, a badly written page can be rewritten. A redesign becomes justified when the structure itself is the problem, or when you no longer control your own site. The assessment says so before you commit, and sometimes we advise against a redesign.

  • Yes to the address: it stays the same, which is better for your search visibility anyway. Yes to the content: it is transferred. The only question is which parts deserve carrying over as they are and which would gain from being rewritten — we tell you page by page, and you decide.

  • Yes. The new site is built on a private address, invisible to the public and to Google. Your current site keeps running normally until the day of the switch. You walk the new version before anyone else, and nothing changes until you have agreed.

  • Three things. The mapping between old and new addresses, written page by page. A reading of your situation before, so there is something to compare with after. And the old site kept ready to come back, should something unforeseen happen in the first hours.

  • Every old address is permanently redirected to the page replacing it, which passes on most of what it had earned. The pages bringing you visits are identified beforehand and kept. Then we watch the following weeks, because that is when oversights show.

  • A redesign always moves positions, and nobody can promise you otherwise — be wary of anyone claiming so. What can be controlled is how deep the dip goes and how long it lasts. Well prepared, the drop is small and recovers within weeks. Badly prepared, it can last months. The difference lies in the work done before the switch.

  • Yes, that is the most common situation. Two things to check first: do you have access to your hosting and your domain name, and what is the site built on? If access is missing, we help you recover it — sometimes that is the project's first step.

  • It depends on the inventory and your content. A ten-page site with usable text moves fast; a hundred-page site to sort takes longer, and most of that time goes into sorting, not building. The schedule comes with the quote, after the assessment.

Show us your current site.

A first thirty-minute conversation, no commitment. We look together at what deserves keeping — and whether a full redesign is really necessary.
